I have used Natrol Complete Balance for years and I would reccomend to every women going through PMS or Menapause. It does just what it says, I can sleep throught the nite again, and I mood is much better!
Have tried the others...estroven...remifemin...they did not work at all. Was waking up every 2hrs for about 5min with a hot flash..was so upset...was not getting enough rest. I tried the complete balance and within 2days hot flashes were almost eliminated..not sure whats in this but it works great. I am 52--at that age! My dr wanted to put me on BC pills to regulate but I did not want that. So glad I found this. Have been using this almost 2mo now and just love it. Will order more...try it...it really worked for me. I also take 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in the morning and 2 before bed...Dr Braggs only...I get it on amazon....not sure if it helps but i feel great
