This cream is in the best bio availability out there. Jar creams will be tainted by your fingers, pills, won't be absorbed correctly- the pump is the way to go. Sturdy container, good directions, offers more information for people looking to help themselves when everything else seems to fail. My only drawback is the slight smell. I do like the cream, the ease of use (only 14 days out of the month), and the natural ingredients, but there is a slight smell-but that is me. My skin seems more sensitive than most-this cream doesn't cause me to break out into a rash or create pimples to form! That makes me happy! I also have a clearer mind (less forgetful), my exercise is now starting to make a difference, and I also am more ...um... lubricated for you know what-huge issue for many women! I do recommend this cream!
A little background :
I used to be a nutritional consultant and found many people had the same issues. Back then, i really didn't have a good answer except the usual- exercise, examine the food intake and adjust accordingly, plus find alternative ways for the client to find their "happy place". The problem was not the "normal" generic answers I was giving these people it was the fact their hormones were imbalanced. Can't believe I am seeing this product on Amazon. Had used it for years and it was originally developed to the specifications of Dr. John Lee so felt confident to use it. Also loved the non contaminating pump delivery system. So easy to use and such a blessing. It was instrumental in my avoiding the negative menopausal symptoms that most women struggle with plus helped several friends with their PMS symptoms and desire to conceive. Highly suggest anyone interested read Dr. John Lee's last book....What Your Dr. May Not Tell You About Breast Cancer, co-written by Dr. David Zava.
