Great product!
I had been living in misery with hot flashes and night sweats for over three years, and my doctor refused to put me on HRT because a family history of cancer. A coworker suggested that I try Wisdom, but I was reluctant because I had tried several other natural products with no luck. Then one morning I came in to the office, and in front of my fan was a bottle of Wisdom with a big pink bow! I've been taking it for over two months now, and what a gift! There are three of us in the office taking it now, and I would recommend it to anyone!

I learned about this from a menopause message board. I was desperate for relief from a myriad of symptoms, the worst being anxiety but I also had heart palpitations, hot flashes, breast pain, headaches-well basically everything you could think of. I wanted to stop taking Paxil so I weaned off using this Wisdom. (Talk to your doctor before discontinuing your medications). It has been almost three months and I feel better than I have in 5 years. I noticed the results almost right away.
I do have to warn though, that this tastes horrid. I have to gag it down and follow it with juice. It is worth it though.
