I take this in combination with Serrapeptase. The two together help my feet to not hurt as bad as they had been. I discovered that the pain was worse at certain times of the month. My estrogen level is starting to deplete as I age and I thought I would add a natural estrogen. I do not take hormone therapy-I am reticent to use hormone replacement therapy because of past cancer problems.
SOtogether the products have helped with arthritic pain (I have been to podaitrists-neurologists-rheumotologists- and they did not help the pain) but so far so good with this in combination with enzymes has helped me to not have as much pain. Pain is not gone completely-but it is not intolerable as it had been in the past.
I have been taking this product since 2005. It was helpful to reduce hot flashes and heart pulpitations due to fluctuation of hormones.
