Having turned 52, I was having a very hard time with the constant "flashing" related to menopause. I looked over the array of products available at the store and chose this one. I'm glad I did, as it absolutely works for me. I ran out of it at one point and did not run out to replace it right away. Within a few days, those flashes were right back.
